Did you see our LinkedIn post yesterday, about George Somers representing Winvic at the Intermediary Ambassador Network (IAN) T-Level event in Birmingham? George is studying for a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Engineering Technologies at Burton & South Derbyshire College, he was helping to inspire employers to engage with T Levels and offer industry placements by talking about the benefits.
George is featured on page 11 of our latest careers brochure and if you flick back to page 10, that’s where you’ll find Ed Hern. Ed is the focus of today’s video blog and the last in our series celebrating National Apprenticeship Week 2023. He is a Degree Apprentice studying for a BSc in Quantity Surveying and if you hit play you’ll hear a little about the build-to-rent projects he’s worked on – Aubrey Place and Bletchley View – and lots about the processes he’s learned he now manages through a build programme. He’s already getting prepared for his RICS accreditation too, and he has his sights set on undertaking the exam next year.
If you enjoyed listening to Ed and haven’t watched our other National Apprenticeship Week 2023 video blogs, catch up with engineer Mia studying for a Level 4 HNC, Jared who is also an engineer but a Degree Apprentice and Georgina who is studying online for an IT Solutions Technician Level 3 qualification.
If you can imagine yourself being part of the Winvic team, learn more about applying for one of our apprentice opportunities here.
