As part of our sustainability strategy, staff are actively encouraged to choose cars with low carbon emissions. Therefore Winvic introduced an incentive scheme available to our people receiving a monthly motoring allowance when purchasing an electric vehicle.

Enhanced Maternity Policy
We actively encourage women into our industry and that’s why we’re proud of our enhanced maternity policy to employees. After 12 months of permanent employment, you’ll be entitled to full pay for 24 weeks followed by 15 weeks half pay.

Aegon Pension Scheme
Winvic offers a qualifying workplace pension scheme compliant with auto-enrolment regulations. Eligible employees (ages 22 to State Pension Age, earning £10,000+ annually) are automatically enrolled after any postponement period. Non-eligible employees are assessed regularly and can join voluntarily at any time.

Death in service scheme
Our company life insurance policy helps to ensure your family or dependents are supported if the worst were to happen and you died while in the employment of Winvic. This provides 4x your salary.

Income protection scheme
Our Income Protection provides a benefit of 50% of your salary after you have been absent from work for 13 weeks and continues to pay this for five years or to your state pension age if earlier.
