- SEGRO Logistics Park East Midlands Gateway – ten facilities including a 1.3m sq ft fulfilment centre and offices for Amazon, comprising a 2-storey mezzanine designed to be extracted if future requirements change, a 600,000 sq ft distribution centre with a 35m high bay facility for XPO Logistics and a speculative 220,000 sq ft net carbon zero building
- Co-op, Symmetry Park, Biggleswade – a 661,000 sq ft BREEAM Excellent, EPC A rated, temperature controlled facility for Tritax Symmetry

Over 8,000 build-to-rent and student accommodation (multi-room) bedrooms have been completed to date. Significant projects include:
- Parkside, Coventry – comprising 502 student rooms within three towers of 6, 13 and 19 storeys, a 16,000 sq ft basement and roof terrace
- PATRIZIA’s Edgbaston scheme – located adjacent to Warwickshire County Cricket Club’s Edgbaston Stadium, the mixed-use scheme includes 375 build-to-rent apartments, undercroft car-parking and rooftop amenity space
- Hotel La Tour – a 15 storey, luxury four star hotel containing 261 bedrooms in the heart of Milton Keynes, with adaptable meeting spaces, external terrace, and a sky bar and restaurant
Experienced in designing and delivering civils and infrastructure schemes through both public sector frameworks and private sector projects on sites as large as 700-acres, including earthworks and ground remediation, major utility works and diversions, highways improvements and construction, bridges, structures and rail:
- National Highways Scheme Delivery Framework – one of 50 contractors to deliver £3.6 billion of road renewal works over a six year period, with two Lot contracts covering Structures, Waterproofing and Expansion Joints and Structures, Structural Services & Concrete Repairs across four regions.
- SEGRO Logistics Park Northampton – a three year, Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project delivering in excess of 4 million m3 of earthworks, a 35-acre Strategic Rail Freight Interchange, a 170m covered tunnel structure and 80-acres of wood and parkland on and 450-acre site. Highways works include construction of a bypass and significant reconfiguration to Junction 15 of the M1.
- Prologis’ DIRFT III Intermodal Rail Freight Terminal – significant plateaux engineering earthworks to accommodate circa 30,000m3 concrete for a 79,000m2 terminal slab, construction of 9km rail track and three bridges; one over the A5, one over a water-course and one bridleway over the track.
- IM Properties’ Mercia Park – an extensive earthworks and landscaping programme with over 1 million m3 of material excavated and remodelled, creating 3000m of screening bunds for a 238-acre logistics and engineering park. Highways programme included a new site entrance and roundabout as well as improvements to the existing roundabout at Junction 11 of the M42 as part of a S278 agreement.
