Winvic was appointed by Leicester Lettings Ltd to construct a 384 apartment Build-To-Rent (BTR) project located at the former Merlin Works site on Bath Lane in Leicester, a 68,000 sq ft long-standing vacant site located just outside the city centre ring road.

The scheme comprises 256 one bedroom and 128 two bedroom apartments within three towers that reach to 10, 14 and 16 storeys high.
There is also a ground floor commercial unit, an under croft car park and a shared outdoor space for residents, which was created via a raised podium. Large floor to ceiling windows that bring a generous amount of light and stunning views to tenants, are one of the key elements of the simple design.
