Winvic were appointed by PMH Developments Ltd to construct a new purpose built, 76,300 sq ft single storey sortation facility, together with a two-storey main office with first floor mezzanine and accompanying single storey welfare office for end user DPD.

The new facility is capable of processing more than 45,000 parcels a day.
Construction began in September 2017, with early access provided in May 2018 and since then Winvic have been appointed by PMH Developments to construct a further industrial unit for occupier DPD in Swansea.
