Winvic Construction were awarded the £8.5m project by developers Roxhill to construct a 237,000 sq ft distribution centre for international retailers H&M.

Located at Rugby Gateway, a 120-acre warehouse and distribution centre located right at the heart of the logistics ‘Golden Triangle’ at Junction 1 of the M6. The works consisted of the construction of a single-storey warehouse/production unit together with two-storey office accommodation and external site works that include hardstandings, car parking, landscaping and drainage.
