Winvic was appointed by Spitfire Bespoke Homes to deliver this Build-To-Rent (BTR) scheme located in the centre of Birmingham. The project included the construction of two new apartment blocks and refurbishment of an existing warehouse.

The two Newhall Square plots that are located between the Jewellery Quarter and Central Business District incorporate Grade II-listed buildings.
External works included enhanced landscaping and public space including pedestrian promenade running south west from Newhall Street and reinstated and reinterpreted Whitmore Canal Arm.
Plot 1 located on Charlotte Street, consists of 79 apartments over six storeys with an under-croft car park for 61 cars and a residents’ clubhouse converted from the existing building at 144 Charlotte Street.
Plot 2a, Newhall Street, is a mixed-use development with 138 apartments, three commercial spaces and six townhouses, totalling 10 storeys.
Plot 2b, Whitmore, comprises four apartments.
