The LOC provides 91,800m2 – around thirteen football pitches – of warehousing operations space, together with offices and parking and associated road improvements.
The 50-acre site, on which the new LOC was built, lies adjacent to Jaguar Land Rover’s manufacturing plant in Lode Lane, close to Solihull town centre.
