The scheme consists of a concrete frame containing three blocks, reaching from 11 to 15 storeys. The apartments will comprise of one guest apartment, 225 one, 181 two and 45 three-bedrooms, as well as extensive shared amenities including a gym, residents’ lounges, co-working spaces, two roof terraces totalling 8,611 sq ft and curated green spaces.
The high-quality homes will all be rated EPC B or above and feature renewable energy sources, energy-efficient heating and lighting systems, and smart in-home technologies.
The Sweet Street development will create approximately 360 full-time equivalent (FTE) jobs during the construction phase and support more than 1,000 FTE jobs once completed across the residential, commercial and leisure uses within the scheme.
