Appointed by client St. Modwen, Winvic constructed the first phase of St. Modwen Park Chippenham.

The site, formerly known as Chippenham Gateway, secured planning permission from Wiltshire Council and has permission to build a variety of units from 100,000 sq ft to 1 million sq ft on the 79-acre site.
Winvic has constructed the first speculative unit which consists of:
- 101,200 sq ft distribution unit
- 5m haunch height
- 5,000 sq ft office
- 50m of external yards
In addition to this, Winvic carried out the civils and infrastructure works consisting of; 250,000m3 of earthworks to level fields previously used for farming creating six plateau levels, S278 roundabout junction, estate roads and extensive landscaping.
