Following the successful completion of infrastructure and enabling works for Panattoni Park, Northampton, a 120-acre distribution park at junction 16 of the M1, Winvic has been awarded the contract to provide the first three industrial units totalling 623,000 sq ft.

The project comprises the design and construction of three new BREEAM Very Good industrial / storage and distribution units complete with external/internal office accommodation, car parking, landscaping, mains services and drainage.

Upon completion, the site will offer more than 1.6 million sq ft of state-of-the-art logistics and industrial space, with the capacity for up to six warehouse buildings.
