Winvic were awarded the £13m fit out of the 934,000 sq ft National Distribution Centre by supermarket retailer, Waitrose.

The works included electrically fully lit racked solution, temperature controlled racking area for pharmaceutical products, additional 14,000 sq ft of office area added to warehouse to meet operator requirements, full ventilation installation, full data installation and amendments to the main office sprinklers installed under the base build scheme, to suit the new layouts.
