Appointed by Prologis UK to complete the base build and fit-out works for a 380,000 sq ft warehouse/production unit for end-user Yusen Logistics at Prologis Park, Wellingborough West.

The 36-week programme to construct Zone A follows on from our completion of 42 weeks of work last year to develop the site’s infrastructure and an earthworks programme to create the first two development plateaus.
We had early contractor involvement in this project, assisting Prologis in the discharge of planning and design work over a two-year period.
SUSTAINABILITY
Works also include a 7,500 sq ft external two storey office accommodation and two warehouse pod offices totalling 10,000 sq ft.
External site works include gatehouse, hardstandings, car parking, landscaping and drainage.
