Winvic Construction Ltd, has been appointed by Procure Partnerships to its second-generation National Framework.
87 contractors in total have been awarded a place on the public sector Framework, which is set to be the biggest Framework ever awarded across the UK, structured across 9 sub-regional lots covering 5 value bands starting at 50K and going up to 50M+. The Framework also spans four disciplines; Construction, Decarbonisation and Retrofit, Demolition and Site Preparation, and Infrastructure.
Winvic was successful in its bids for four Infrastructure Lots on the Procure Partnerships Framework, which commences 1 November 2023 and continues for 4 years until 2027:
- East Midlands ‐ £5m to £15m
- East Midlands ‐ £15m to £30m
- East of England ‐ £5m to £15m
- East of England ‐ £15m to £30m
Schools, colleges, universities, NHS bodies, leisure providers, libraries, museums, emergency services, local authorities, MoD, housing associations, health and social care and charities can utilise the Framework to deliver their projects. Winvic and other appointed contractors will also deliver activities that will add long-lasting value to the communities where schemes are being delivered and create additional social benefit.

Procure Partnerships has been operating and delivering a successful national contractor Framework across England for the past four years, supporting the delivery of over 150 projects year on year.
