Winvic Construction have been awarded the contract to build two new distribution centres at Apex Park, Daventry. The speculative development will be constructed for Prologis. Unit 1 is 142,000 sq ft, whilst Unit 2 is 372,000 sq ft, both will boast top level environmental credentials.
