A joint venture between Manse and Opus Land sees Winvic awarded the contract to build and fit-out a £44 million industrial facility at Ansty Park, Coventry for international aerospace defence and energy engineering group Meggitt PLC.

The project saw the construction of a 367,000 sq ft specialist manufacturing and testing unit, with haunch height of 10m and a 73,500 sq ft two storey office space with external yards.
Work on site began in October 2018 and the project completed in January 2020. Early fit-out access began in September, which saw the completion of an enhanced base build with CAT A, B and C elements and Category A office fit-out.
