St Modwen was appointed by Winvic to deliver the first phase of a new -52-acre business park at Quedgeley, Gloucester.

The development consists of three speculative industrial units with haunch height of 10m and office accommodation broken down as follows:
Unit 1 – 55,700 sq ft warehouse with 3,150 sq ft office area
Unit 2 – 42,500 sq ft warehouse with 2,400 sq ft office area
Unit 3 – 68,700 sq ft warehouse with 4,000 sq ft office area
The project also included S278/estate road infrastructure, works to plots 4 to 8, demolition works and diversions of water mains and fibre optic cable.
Construction started in April 2019 with a 37 week build programme.
