Appointed by IM Properties, Winvic was contracted to develop a new 23-storey, BTR residential complex located in Cardiff’s Capital Quarter Development.

This scheme was constructed on a very tight site – 1500mm from façade to sight boundary and comprises 307 high quality apartments consisting of a mixture of one-bed, two-bed and studio apartments.
In addition, the scheme also features commercial units on the ground floor and a rooftop sky lounge and terrace set back from the main façade, providing an oasis from city life where residents can dine and socialise.
The works involved piling operations, associated ground works, reinforced concrete frame, façade / envelope installation, associated fit out works inclusive of mechanical and electrical installations.
