Calder Park, Wakefield is set in 240 acres of land incorporating a 100 acre dedicated nature reserve and meets the highest environmental standards.

The high specification unit has achieved Net Zero Carbon and is rated BREEAM Very Good and EPC A.

Winvic also completed the demolition works of the existing industrial and office buildings in preparation for construction.

The unit was pre-let by Cubico Ltd, trading as Easy Bathrooms, prior to construction which started in September 2021, and is now the business’ new HQ and national distribution centre.

As part of its UK expansion strategy, Easy Bathrooms has invested more than £7.5 million in the new facilities’ fit out.
