Practical completion was successfully achieved at Prologis Grange Park. The high spec 341,000 sq ft building boasts excellent credentials, gaining a BREEAM rating of Excellent and an EPC score of A1. Winvic have now delivered 9.5m square feet of industrial space for Prologis, all on time and budget.
