Following the successful completion of the first phase of Mountpark Logistics’ industrial / logistics development at Wide Lane, Southampton, Winvic Construction was appointed to deliver the second phase comprising the construction of 4 high specification BREEAM Excellent distribution warehouses totalling 341,000 sq ft.
