Winvic Construction were instructed by Evander Properties to construct a 99,000 sq ft industrial building as a base to accommodate a purpose built dot.com fulfilment centre for Waitrose.

The existing site was in a former chalk quarry of which seven buildings had to be demolished and the chalk remodelled to form a level plateau for construction. On completion the building was awarded the 2014 IAS Deal of the Year award.
