The new 12-storey Build-to-Rent residential complex located close to Cardiff’s Central Railway Station comprises of 12 floors of residential, one floor of commercial / amenity, double height roof level amenity space and two roof levels.

This scheme was constructed on a very tight site-with facades being constructed in close proximity to the site boundary.

The development comprises of 206 high quality apartments consisting of a mixture of fully fitted one bed, two-bed and studio apartments. In addition, the scheme also features rooftop gardens and terraces with commercial units on the ground floor.
