After the successful completion of the base build, Winvic were contracted to fit-out Euro Car Parts’ 778,000 sq ft distribution warehouse, one of the largest in the Midlands, together with the associated 47,477 sq ft office accommodation and 233,470 sq ft mezzanine at Birch Coppice Business Park.
