Winvic was appointed by client Clowes Developments to deliver the first phase of infrastructure works at Fairham, a new £800 million sustainable neighbourhood in Nottingham, which was delivered in partnership with Homes England and Fairham Pastures Developments Ltd.

Working in close collaboration with developer Clowes and Homes England, Winvic undertook groundworks, highways and utility infrastructure works for the new 600-acre mixed-use development which will see up to 3,000 new homes, 1 million sq ft of commercial space and a neighbourhood centre as well as community, health and educational facilities.
