Project Overview
The facility was developed to accommodate two private jets and included high-quality office and engineering spaces to support aircraft operations and maintenance.
The project comprised an 11,000 sq ft two-storey office facility and single-storey engineering workshops, both completed to Cat A fit-out standard, alongside an aircraft apron, external works, car parking and drainage infrastructure. Delivered within a 36-week programme, the project demonstrated Winvic’s ability to deliver technically complex aviation facilities within a demanding timeframe.
Sustainability
Sustainability was considered throughout the delivery of Project Mitchell, with Winvic implementing responsible construction practices to minimise environmental impact. Measures included efficient site management, waste reduction, responsible material use and effective control of environmental risks during construction. The completed facility provides a high-quality, efficient operational space designed to support long-term use within the aviation sector.
