Winvic Construction Ltd has been awarded a Silver Accreditation by Investors in People (IIP), a significant milestone that recognises its commitment to developing people alongside award-winning projects.
The Investors in People framework is a globally recognised standard for excellence in people management, assessing how organisations lead, support, and improve their teams. Achieving a Silver accreditation highlights Winvic’s strong leadership, positive culture, and employee engagement, creating an environment where individuals feel empowered, supported and valued.
