Following on from the completed infrastructure works at Bell Farm, LondonMetric and Graftongate have awarded Winvic the contract to deliver the first three distribution warehouses at Bedford Link Logistics Park.
The project comprises the design and construction of three new BREEAM Very Good industrial / storage and distribution units complete with attached/integral office accommodation, car parking, landscaping, mains services and drainage and on site highways/infrastructure works.

- Unit 4 31,000 sq ft overall
- Unit 5 47,000 sq ft overall
Construction started in summer 2018, following a ground breaking ceremony attended by the Mayor of Bedford.
