The project comprises three towers, which reach to nine, 10 and 13 storeys. It contains 398 homes – including 217 one-bed, four of which are adaptable suites, 171 two-bed and 10 three-bed homes.

We also constructed and fitted out a gym, residents’ lounge, co-working and meeting rooms and entertainment space as part of the residential neighbourhood.

Blocks 1 and 2 feature attractive stone facades to reflect the materials of the surrounding Calthorpe Estate and a brick façade installed on Block 3. Basement car parking for 44 vehicles stretches underneath all three blocks as well as cycle storage facilities. We also landcsaped the communal gardens, which are for residents’ private use.

Loudon’s Yard won the Build-to-Rent Development Award (Midlands) in Build-to-Rent at the 2025 Love to Rent Awards.
