Icon Industrial, a joint venture between Stoford Developments Ltd and TPG Real Estate, appointed Winvic to construct a new 11.6-acre logistics and global content creation studio at Manchester Airport for occupier The Hut Group, one of the world’s leading online beauty and wellbeing businesses.

Construction works include a 435,000 sq ft warehouse with an integral three storey, 21,000 sq ft ancillary office area. The unit also comprises a 2,000 sq ft two-storey hub office and a 150 sq ft gatehouse with associated yards, car parking, external works, mains services and landscaping.
