Winvic was appointed by LondonMetric to carry out initial infrastructure and earthworks across two phases for a new 40-acre logistics park at Bell Farm, Bedford.

Works included S278 works, on site roads and drainage, reservoir access upgrade and earthworks to plateau future plots.

Following completion of the infrastructure works, LondonMetric and Graftongate awarded Winvic the contract to deliver the first three distribution warehouses ranging from 30,000 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft.

Construction started in summer 2018, following a ground breaking ceremony attended by the Mayor of Bedford.
