Through our ESG and Sustainability Strategy, we focus on creating positive outcomes for our clients, people, supply chain partners and wider communities.
Our strategy is built around four key pillars: People, Innovation, Planet and Community. These pillars provide a roadmap for our sustainability goals, helping us respond to the evolving needs of our clients, the industry and society while supporting the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The transition to a Net Zero carbon built environment will have social and economic impacts, which is why we are committed to supporting a ‘Just Transition’. Our Sustainability Strategy, Sustainable Procurement Framework (SPF) and Sustainability, Environmental and Social Responsibility policies are designed to make this shift towards an environmentally friendly economy fair and inclusive, aiming to enhance the lives and livelihoods of people and communities.
