Leading The Industry Since 2001

For more than 25 years, Winvic has been doing more than delivering projects. We have been building trust, creating opportunities and developing lasting relationships.

Before day one, our founders had a vision for a construction company that didn’t simply meet contract requirements. They believed there was a better way. A business that would be completely trusted by its people, clients, consultants, supply chain partners and the communities in which it worked. A business that would challenge expectations, continually improve and leave a positive impact wherever it operated.

Today, we call it The Winvic Way.

Where It All Began

Winvic is a privately owned company and was founded in 2001 by Simon Girardier, Simon Hunt and Dave Ward. The business started with just seven employees, and our first projects were Swan Valley and Brackmills in Northampton. From the beginning, the business was built on strong relationships, a commitment to quality and a belief in doing things the right way.

While our business has grown significantly, the principles that shaped those early years remain unchanged today.

We still believe that long-term success is built through trust, working collaboratively, honesty and consistently delivering value for our clients, our people and the communities in which we operate.

An Exciting New Chapter

In 2024, Winvic entered a new chapter with the completion of a Management Buy-In, ensuring the long-term future of the business while preserving the culture and values that have defined us for more than two decades. Chris Allsopp, Rob Cook, Mark Jones and Danny Nelson became shareholders, bringing extensive experience and a deep understanding of the business and its ambitions.

The transition reinforced something that has always been important to Winvic: Remaining a business built around people, values and long-term relationships.
