Build your future with Winvic
By supporting T Level Industry Placements, we provide students with the opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience, develop practical skills and discover the exciting career opportunities available across the construction industry.
Working alongside colleges and education providers, our placements allow students to apply their classroom learning in a real-world environment while becoming part of experienced project teams.
T Levels combine classroom learning with industry experience. Students aged 16–19 complete a two-year qualification that is equivalent to three A Levels and includes a minimum 45-day industry placement. Developed with employers, T Levels are designed to give students the knowledge, skills and practical experience needed to prepare for their future careers.
The Winvic Enrichment Programme (WEP) provides students with a broader understanding of the construction industry beyond their placement. Through interactive sessions delivered by Winvic colleagues and supply chain partners, students gain insight into a wide range of careers, including project delivery, specialist supply chain roles and emerging digital technologies.
Alongside technical knowledge, WEP helps students build confidence, strengthen communication and teamwork skills, and develop the employability skills needed to succeed in the workplace.
Every student’s journey is different, but each placement offers the opportunity to learn, grow and build confidence. Follow Viktoriia’s journey to see how a T Level placement at Winvic helped her develop new skills, gain industry recognition and take the next steps towards a career in construction.
We work closely with colleges, education providers and industry partners to create meaningful placement opportunities that benefit both students and employers. Our team actively supports the promotion of T Levels through mentoring, careers events, employer engagement and the development of high-quality industry placements.
Our commitment to developing the next generation of construction professionals has been recognised through both national awards and the success of our students. From our award-winning Winvic Enrichment Programme to individual student achievements, we’re proud to create meaningful opportunities that help young people build confidence, develop new skills and take the first steps towards a career in construction.
Whether you’re a student, parent, teacher or education provider, we’d love to hear from you.
